About Us
A pioneering spirit and flair for innovation has kept us at the forefront of key milestones in trade and finance in Sri Lanka.
Half a century ago the founders of this family-run business enterprise opened their doors for business. We haven't looked back since, going from strength to strength as a vital cog in Sri Lanka's wheel of commerce. Our interests have spanned a myriad of fields which include Textile Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Vehicle Import and Export, Information Technology, Retail Trading, Real Estate and Plantations.
The shape of our enterprise has changed trom the early days, growing and evolving to suit the current economic landscape but we continue to strive to be at the cutting edge in everything we do.
Who We Are
The strength of our collective enterprise is the trust and faith we have built and maintained among our varied clientele. The enterprise in its current form is run by 4 key individuals - the second and third generation.

DirectorThe Early Years
We have 5 decades of experience in doing business in Sri Lanka and overseas. The yen to push the boundaries began at our inception when we set up one of the first textile weaving mills to produce handloom fabrics. We continued to supply the local market for 30 years.
At the same time we entered the tourism and hospitality industry opening one of Sri Lanka's first hotels in the heart of Colombo. It stands today as a testament to our early beginnings. This strand of the business expanded to hotels on the South Coast and in the hill capital Kandy.
Our credentials were established and recognised early on with key state institutions like the State Cement Corporation, State Sugar Corporation and Prima Flour Mills, appointing us as transport and logistics agents in the 70's - a role we performed till the early 90's.
The second generation took over the reins and ventured into import and transhipment of motor vehicles, needless to say being among the first few Sri Lankans to do so. This enterprise continues today.
